AIR FACTORY® e-liquids come in a range of formulations using synthetic nicotine in 100mL 60mL, and 30mL (salts) options. Under the new legislation, ENDS manufacturers of synthetic nicotine products that were on the market as of April 14, 2022 must submit PMTAs to the U.S. Food and Drug Association (FDA) for the products by May 14, 2022, and ultimately obtain authorization from FDA to market the products.
